Our dancers blew us away with their performances at the NATD Theatrical Scholarship Grand Finals today.
The competition was held at Sutton Coldfield Town Hall and each dancer had to qualify for the finals out of hundreds of dancers in heats across the UK. It was an amazing achievement to be there, and they have all worked so incredibly hard on their solos over the last few months.
- Phoebe brought the Matilda character to life in her tap solo to ‘Naughty’ from Matilda the Musical
- Evelyn wowed us in her musical theatre style tap solo to ‘Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile’ from Annie
- Elsa lit up the stage with her energetic and fun-filled jazz solo to ‘Shake It Off’ by Taylor Swift
- Catherine showcased her talent and precision in her tap solo to ‘Good Morning’ from Singing in the Rain
- Lyra dazzled the audience with her stunning tap solo performance to ‘Someone in the Crowd’ from La La Land
